Pilates is not only my income but a way of life.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2012 and am also a qualified Yoga instructor and Personal Trainer. I love transforming clients bodies and lives by introducing them to Pilates.
I design my classes around the classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates (Yes! He is a person).
I previously worked as an air hostess and have experienced first hand the stresses modern life can have on my own body. Pilates has helped heal my body after both knee surgery and child birth.
Pilates gives me a ‘get up and go’ energy an improvement in stamina and co-ordination and helps my body move and breathe more efficiently.
