Join us for our Friday morning group classes in Laurel Lodge, where I offer an 8 class programme held over 8 consecutive weeks.
Our classes start promptly at 9.30am, beginning on the 19th of September 2025.
Don’t forget to bring your own mat for added comfort during your practice.
